...It's okay that it's not okay right now. <br /><br />I promise you that one day it will start to be okay. <br /><br />One day, something inconspicuous will happen that will make you smile. Maybe you'll even laugh. It will catch you off guard, and you'll feel guilty. That's okay too. Feel sad. Feel guilty. Feel numbness. Feel pain. Feel everything. All of that is okay. <br /><br />Focus on your lovely memories or allow your sadness to wash over you. Embrace your pain or try to distract yourself. Relive the past or daydream about the promise of a happy future. Shout your feelings from a rooftop or cry them into Chris's shoulder. There's no right way to do this. However you need to feel in this exact moment to get yourself through the day, that's the only right way for you. If writing your feelings out helps in the slightest - DO IT.
